The team deteriorated under Bilic. Can't expect Moyes to put that right in one game and a couple of weeks training.

I harbour an almost irrational dislike of any manager who, with their team
2 down with ten minutes left and looking dead and buried, doesn't at least try something by using a third substitute. Quina or Martinez could at least have had a few minutes on the pitch so something positive could have come from the game

If he does not drop Carroll that will be very worrying
Kouyate needs to be further back defending, but I think he may have been told that at half time (also did much better than Carroll and Lanzini going forward!!!!, but finishing was not there...)
Lazini should be more central, I do not temember him doing anything in the 1st half
Cresswell is not doing well getting forward and something needs to be done, probably should drop him
Obaing is hidding and should also probably be dropped
It is tough as does not leave much of a squad, but perhaps some players on the outside can show more desire, Rice, Fernandes, Martin, and some coming back from injury, Collins, Antonio, Ayew, Font. Sakho and Masuaku from the start. I hope so.
Why are some blaming this on Bilic?
Bilic would have done better today. A comparable fixture could be Burley away, which we drew, nearly won

Can't blame Moyes. We looked good and would have won if Kouyate and Arnie didn't waste their chances. Don't think the small pitch helped as we are used to playing over the 10 acres pitch at the longjump stadium.
Dildo corp's lies about training intensity on social media is to blame too for building expectation.
Moyes is WHU through and through and will come good.

The blame here has to be on the players and the board.
The team really need to stand up and be counted. When you look at the training step up and what Moyes is trying to install, it all looks good on the training pitch but come the day these players just switch off.
Player recruitment and the crap investment this season is the main issue here. You could bring in Mourinho or Guardiola and not see an improvement for weeks if not months. There is a heck of a lot to do here, which means money from those flea market owners and some serious player bashing.
